SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES
Family Days Out
During each school holiday, we offer a range of activities for families to enjoy.
You can book and pay online using our booking system. Details are also emailed to families on our mailing list and shared on our social media.
This service is funded by the Openwork Foundation.
Activities include:
Family Days Out :
- • Designed for families with children with disabilities ,
- • Visits to places like the beach, Wildwood, Diggerland, swimming and much more,
- • Activities are adapted where possible and include changing facilities,
- • Supported by SNAAP staff,
- • A chance to meet other families.
Buzz Club :
(ages 8–13, less complex needs)
- • Creative, safe, and fun sessions.
Chill-Out :
(ages 14–25, less complex needs)
- • Local community activities chosen by young people,
- • Includes travel training, eating out, and volunteering opportunities,
- • Focus on building confidence, social skills and self-esteem.
