Here you will find all the clubs that SNAAP run throughout the year. If there are any cancellations or changes made to these clubs they will be posted here and on our facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SNAAPUK) so please check regularly, especially in bad weather!
Clubs include:
Buzz Club – for children aged 8-13 with less complex needs, these sessions offer a creative, safe fun environment.
Chill – for young people aged 14-25 with less complex needs, sessions are usually held in the local community with the young people choosing where to go and what to do. Includes travel training, eating out and volunteer opportunity in the local community. The emphasis is on increasing self-esteem and confidence while enhancing social and communication skills.br>
SNAAP-EY’s – held at Windchimes, sessions offer a stimulating, interactive and sensory experience using play, art, and music to encourage interaction for pre-school children with additional needs. Parents are able to chat to other parents as well as receive support from our Family Support Worker. Join us, Wednesdays 10-12 (during term time)
Stay & Play – a great opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the facilities at Windchimes including soft play, multi-sensory room, crafts, toys, games and outside play, all in a supported, friendly and relaxed environment. 4-6pm every Wednesday during term time. Entry via side gate. £2 per child plus £2 for hot meal and dessert.
Zone Out - a safe caring place for young people with disabilities to make friends, chill and have fun. We also help develop key skills to help them become more independent and confident to make their own decisions as they grow into young adults. For young people aged 11-25 who have less complex needs and do not require a high staff ratio of support.
