12/07/10 End of term parties

To end the school term we are providing parties for our clubs.

Sports club: 23rd July - Sports party Zone Out: 18th July - Disco SNAAP-ey's: 21st July - Joint Party

22/2/10 Closure of Sports Club on 19/3/10

Please note that the Sports club will not be running on the 19th Mar due to the building having an event on this day.

11/2/10 Closure of club

Please note that the Inclusive youth club is cancelled tonight due to the snowy conditions. It should be open as normal next Thursday should the weather improve.

11/2/10 Severe Weather

SNAAP recognises that from time to time Canterbury and its surrounding areas may experience severe weather, for example heavy snowfalls, which can cause risks in running our clubs/events. In the event of adverse weather conditions, SNAAP will always do their best to continue the clubs/events as scheduled. However, if it is assessed as not safe to run we will be left with no option then to cancel.

As I’m sure you will be able to appreciate, in the event of a club/event being cancelled, we would need to contact many parents. This can therefore be a lengthy procedure and we may not always be able to contact you. We therefore ask that if you know of severe weather, e.g. snow, even if you are not experiencing this in your area; please check the SNAAP website (www.snaap.org.uk) this will advise on any alterations or cancellations to our clubs/events.

If you do not have access to a computer to be able to do this, please let a member of SNAAP staff know so that we can add you to a call list.

If you do not see any advice on the website and you are experiencing severe weather in your area please contact the SNAAP mobile (07985 407 672) to notify us as we may not be aware of this.

26/1/10 Sports Club Change to entry fee

In order to make SNAAP sports club more sustainable we unfortunately have to increase the entry cost to £2.00. This will start commencing February 5th 2010.
