{{ :zag_logo.gif?300 }} ---------------- **What is ZAG?** ZAG stands for ‘ZoneOut Action Group’ ZAG is an action group made up of young people who attend ZoneOut on a regular basis. They are a variety of ages with mixed abilities and backgrounds to provide a range of viewpoints. **What is the aim of ZAG?** We decided to form an action group within the youth club because we believe it is important for young people with additional needs to feel like they have a voice, to feel confident in making decisions, to feel included and to be given the opportunities to bring awareness of special needs and disability within their local community. **What will ZAG do?** ZAG members will have regular meetings giving the members a chance to voice their views on topics and get involved in the running of the youth club. They are given the opportunity to make decisions regarding the club, help with planning and organising activities, as well as representing other young people with additional needs within the community. ZAG members will also put together funding bids to secure funding for ZoneOut as well as organise fund raising events. {{ :zag_logo.gif?100}} **Who are the ZAG members?** ZAG members all have badges with their name and this logo on to make them easy to find.
